About Health Assessment

The Health Assessment Modulewas built to replace the manual process of taking employee temperatures used in stores now. Our system records the Health Assessment data keeping it safe and private. Here is an in store Demo Video.

Step 1: Enter the employee 4 digit code:

Step 2: Take their temp, record it on the slider and answer the health question. If the user passes the assessment the data is recorded and they are good to come into work. If the assessment fails the user is told what to do next. The manager uses their pin to accept the results.

Step 3: If the person entering the building is not an employee simply choose guest and their data is recorded including their name to reuse if they come in consistently.
