The App Menuhas a new User Interface.You now tap the module icon to go right to the modules being used. We also included a Dashboard and setting icon so you can get to the most used screens of Probiz from one location. Below is a Snapshot:

The Checklist Modulehas a new User Interfaces as show below. This module ensures accountability by assigning tasks specific to job positions or store areas. How it works: Tasks are displayed on an iPad, where team members complete them. A performance dashboard provides an overview for coaching and teaching.

The Chicken Tracking Modulehas many new additions. We added a 24HR Filet Print Button allowing users to quickly print filet stickers. We added an “Expires in” button on the Breading screen showing how much time remains until the In Use case expires. We added a way for the Breader to recall the last DONE move to help correct an issues where they tap the incorrect done type.The Tracker module streamlines food safety and tracking, reducing risks from food-borne illnesses by tracking Chicken by time and temperature until cooked. How it works: Chicken is checked in with the IOS app by taking a picture of the case barcode which begins the tracking process. Labels print and are placed on the cases and trays. The breader taps done for a chicken type and tracker tells the team which chicken to move based on age and volume.

The Cooler Alert Modulehas a new User Interface-alongwith a Status button and Live Temperatures additions on the main screen. We also have new Temp sensors with Digital readouts available along with Door Sensors. Our new sensors can be setup with NO UP front Cost. The Module Alert System monitors freezer and cabinet temperatures to insure food safety, reliability and efficiency. How it works: If a cabinet temperature moves outside the configured range we send your team an alert via our messaging app or a phone call. The team can select the failure type and review the number of alerts in the dashboard to look for failing cooler trends. Our sensors are 100% waterproof and range between 3 – 8 years of battery life depending on the sensor chosen.

The Direct Task Modulehas a new User Interface and is now its own Module and accessible from the App Menu.This allows managers to assign a “single” task to an employee for something that needs to be done immediately. The task can be applied as a direct task or added directly to an existing Checklist. A task is assigned from the mobile app and both parties are notified of the status of the tasks through the Process.

The Food labeling Modulehas a new User Interface. This module saves time and money and creates team accountability by the data on the label. How it works: The user taps label type, enters their pin and the label prints immediately with the required data and user info on it.

The HR Modulehas a new User Interface along with new points thresholds and a new Rewards System that is complete. Click here to test help test rewards!The HR Modules streamlines employee management by offering efficient tools for performance tracking, feedback, and documentation, all accessible through a centralized dashboard. It ensures seamless operations, supports compliance, and includes an optional rewards system to incentivize and recognize employee achievements.How it works: Managers tap the employee name and start evaluations, policies and reviews. Once the form is filled out the data is recorded and stored so management can review it at any time. You can start longer evaluations, pause them & restart them when you have time to complete them. Results for all employee performance shows in comprehensive HR dashboard for coaching and Teaching.

The NEW Messaging Systemis brand new and will be released late March 2025. This a complete rewrite and includes a ton of features requested by many users. It is redesigned for IOS, Android and Microsoft. Click here to test help test!. Features include a new imaging module, New emoticons, a new view added feature, a joined the chat feature, A new birthday module and the inclusion of the IOS and Android Calendars. Messaging is the central hub for all things Probiz and CFA. You can message all employees at once, create custom groups or Schedule messages to go out at specific times. You can communicate with all employees at once and keep your employees updated automatically via payroll. How it works: The Probiz app is used by managers and team members to receive and send notifications creating an accountability ledger using messaging.

The TMS Tracker Moduleis a NEW MODULE RELEASE. This modules holds employees accountable for the bags used for deliveries. How it works: The delivery person chooses the bag numbers to check out and enters the required information. When they return from the delivery they tap any checked out bag and the system checks the bag in. If the bags are not returned within a set time frame the system flags the Bag Notification group they have not been returned prompting the delivery person to retrieve the bags.

The Walkthrough Modulehas a new version that allows you to include Hot/Cold and other items on your walkthrough. We have been testing this for months.Click here to test help test!The Walkthrough module insures that your food arrives at the correct temperatures and remains correct while In your store as well as during the serving process. How it works: A user creates a food walkthrough according to store design and begins the walkthrough using our bluetooth probe. The temperature of each item is recorded until the walkthrough is complete.

The Waste TrackerHas a new UI ensures transparency and accountability by tracking food waste. How it works: A user creates a report like “BOH Waste” by choosing items he wants to track, opens the report and taps the qty of items wasted. The system records the prices of each item selected pushing the totals to the team via messaging. The system records data in the Dashboard allowing managment to see Waste trends.

Modules in the works: We have a Delivery Tracking Module that has been in beta for a while. We can track your delivery driver performance, speed and deviation including vehicle speed and stops along the way. This should be released Quarter one of 2025. Click here to test help test!
