Getting Started with Probiz Software:
Step 1: Allow Vendor Bridge: This must be done under the Owners login…Here is a Video of how to allow Probiz.
Step 2: Look at the Modules you subscribed below and start the setup process. Some of the steps will be repeated with each module so you may only need to do it once (permissions is an example). You can go through the setup process yourself or you can wait and our team will help you get setup. The choice is yours.

Chicken Tracker Setup: The Tracker Setup Video is here: Here is the Setup Process:
Step 1: Install the labels, Plug in the Printer & turn it on. The light should be green
Step 2: Write down the # of cases in the Freezer, Thaw and Holding areas..
Step 3: Login to the Tracker Wizard on your iPad here:
Note: As long as the printer is on, the light is green and bluetooth for the iPad is turned on our system will search for and find “tracker”. Once found, Tap “Tracker” in the dialog box to connect the iPad to the printer. You will only do this once.
Step 4: Place the #s you wrote down in steps 2-4 of the wizard and the labels will print after each step. Place the labels on correct types on the freezer cases. On the trays most people push the chicken back a little and place the labels at the front right of the pan so you can see them.
Step 5: Place your allocation #s in step 5 from the Chick-fil-A allocation worksheet.

Cooler Alerts Setup: The Setup Process can be found here including setting up the Phone and messaging alerts. A newly added feature allows your team to say “I have Got this” during a phone notification at which time the alerts and calls stop. The user that took responsibility is recorded in the messaging app so the team knows the problem has been handled.
Food Labeling Setup: We clone the most used labels so you can start using Food labeling quickly.

HR Setup: For HR Training go here: We clone the most used stores for HR meaning you do NOT need to create custom forms to begin with. We encourage you to use the HR System for 30 days before requesting custom forms. We have also added a way for you to add the most used forms.

Step 2: Invite your employees here and invited employees will receive an email to download our app and set their password.
Step 3: By default, Probiz sets up groups for you based on Payroll. Turn this off here but you will be required to maintain your groups.
