Fryer Chicken Temp Probes

Our chicken probing system ensures all chicken being served meets food safety guidelines. As the chicken comes out of the fryers the team member probes the chicken with a bluetooth probe and our iPad software alerts the team member if chicken temperatures are incorrect. Here is a Video Demo.

Our chicken tracking system takes pictures of each case that enters the building meaning that we know the vendor, the case # and the lot number of each case of chicken. Adding the chicken probing allows us to record the temperatures of the chicken when it comes out of the fryers so that food safety guidelines are always followed.

In the event that chicken does temp correctly management can search and easily find the pack date, lot number and vendor information to correct the problem with a particular supplier.

Requirements:
1 – Chicken tracking is required
2 – One temperature probe is required
